AN INTRODUCTION TO THE SCHOOL
The London School of Embalming has an ambition to offer the very highest theoretical and practical embalming tuition for the Greater London area and its surrounding counties. Two resident tutors and co-founders, Kevin SinclairM.B.I.E. and Maria New M.B.I.E, run the school. They are Active Accredited Tutors for the British Institute of Embalmers and Kevin is a qualified examiner for the I.E.B.E. Together they have over 25 years of practical embalming experience, having embalmed over 30,000 cases in that time. In addition to this experience they also have a vast knowledge in the following specialist subjects: -

Disaster Management
Embalming Abroad
Long-Term Preservation
Cosmetology
The Art of Restoration
Death Masks

The school aims to provide a learning environment in which its students can benefit from a vast knowledge of modern embalming techniques
throughout their course.

WHAT THE SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE
Your tutors will: -
i. Provide a learning environment deemed suitable by the B.I.E.
ii. Provide homework for the student to complete.
iii. Mark all homework timeous fashion and inform the student of his/her progress.
iv. Apply for all Examinations on behalf of the student
v. Provide a verbal or written report to senior managers of the student upon request.
vi. Provide practical embalming tuition as available.
vii. Provide protective clothing to the student.
viii. All practical tuition will take place at a site chosen by the school.
